BTG Group to acquire FITNIR Analyzers Inc., Expanding Instruments portfolio

Analyzers Inc..

The acquisition of FITNIR Analyzers Inc. will represent a strategic milestone for BTG Group, broadening the
product offerings in the pulp market. FITNIR specializes in pulp liquor property measurement (on-line and bench top units), which complements BTG’s offerings in Cooking, Bleaching and Chemical Recovery.
