LabCheck™ instruments service

To guarantee reliable measurements from the start every Mütek™ laboratory instrument undergoes thorough testing before leaving the factory. Yet it is BTG’s maintenance program LabCheck™ which keeps your laboratory device in perfect working order year after year. So when the service reminder pops up on your device, it is time for such a LabCheck™.

LabCheck™ scope of work:

  • Replacement of wearing parts
  • Cleaning of instrument, special cleaning of measuring cells and sensors
  • Calibration electronic in- and outputs
  • Calibration of sensors and actuators like dosing pumps
  • Software updates
  • Functional test and acceptance test
  • Preparation of customer test certificate

We recommend a service interval of 1 year for all Mütek™ lab instruments. A LabCheck™ can be performed onsite in your lab or in one of our service centers. Contact your local BTG representative to lab-check your instrument.
